Description

The work consists of furnishing all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment to renovate and upgrade heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, and related electrical and architectural work. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This work is located at USCG Station Islamorada, Florida. Request for a bid package must be submitted in writing. There will be a $10.00 charge for the solicitation package and drawings. All checks should be made payable to the U. S. Coast Guard. Bid quarantee, payment and performance bonds are required. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both small and large businesses participation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by this agency. Those who previously requested under the Presolicitation Notice dated, 12 June 2001, do not need to request again. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235110 with a three-year average annual receipts, small business size standard of $11.5 million.
