Provide all plant, labor and materials required to renovate/upgrade Sand Hill Swimming Pool, located at Fort Benning, Georgia. Firm Fixed Price type contract. Estimated magnitude of this solicitation is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Subject to availability of Funds (SAF). Unrestricted. NAICS code is 23332. Performance period is 270 calendar days.
