Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to reconfigure the group/station building at=20 U. S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command Portsmouth, VA. Major work items include: Reconfiguration of various spaces in the building including wet rooms, store rooms, laundry, shop spaces, radio room, and berthing room and replacement of HVAC iron hydraulic piping circulation pump, air handling unit, and exhaust fans. Unit item included to erect a canopy structure and concrete pad. This procurement is estimated between $250K and $500K. This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC Code is 1542/NAICS 233320.
