Description

The work includes providing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, supervision, management and minor incidental engineering necessary to perform the removal and repair and replacement of various types of floorings as well as miscellaneous associated work for facilities. The work shall be located at the Naval Base Ventura County (sites are Naval Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme and Naval Air Station, Point Mugu, California which includes San Nicolas and Santa Cruz Islands, Laguna Peak, and portions of Camarillo Housing). This is a firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract and the contract duration is for a Base Period of one year plus three option years. Total contract period not to exceed 48 months. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 23552 and the Small Business Size Standard is $11.5 million. All responsible bids, received on time, shall be considered by the agency. All prospective offerors and plan rooms must register as planholders on this website (http://esol.navfac.navy.mil) in order to receive a copy of plans and specifications. The official plan holder's list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7) availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium; solicitation will be available for download free of charge via the website. Hard copies (paper sets) or CD-ROM of the solicitation will NOT be provided by the Government. Plan holders lists will not be faxed and will only be available from the website. Notification of any amendments to the solicitation will only be made on the website for any posted changes.
