Description

SOLICITATION NOTICE: The New Hampshire National Guard wishes to contract Project Number: SZCQ 979576, Replace Medical Training Facility ANG/VA Joint Use. The location of the work is at Pease Air National Guard Base, Newington New Hampshire. Work includes: Construction of a new state of the art Medical Training Facility, a new guard house, development of a new main entrance roadway to the Base, associated surface parking lots for the medical facility, utility service connections, reconfiguration of site fencing and gates, and minor site grading. Additive bid items (ABI's) are also included in the specifications. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000. Performance period estimated at 365 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is: 23332. Bid Bonds are required. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) is issued under solicitation number DAHA27-01-B-0001. The estimated bid opening date is August 23, 2001. Plans and Specifications for this project will be available for inspection at Construction Summary of NH 734, Chestnut Street, Manchester NH, phone (603)627-8856 and F. W. The Solicitation Package to include Plans and Specifications will be available for the cost of reproduction plus shipping and handling from Portsmouth Copy, 30 International Drive, Portsmouth NH, 03801, phone (603)436-3030, fax (603) 436-3330, www.portsmouthcopy.com. The solicitation package, plans, and specifications, will be available on or about July 30, 2001. Interested parties should contact Portsmouth Copy for the required information needed to request the solicitation package and to be added to the Bidders Mailing List. Details regarding the pre-bid conference will be provided in the solicitation package. This is an unrestricted procurement using sealed bid procedures. The small business size standard is $27.5 million. Large businesses must provide a Subcontracting plan IAW FAR 52.219-9. Central Contractor Registration is required prior to award IAW FAR 52.232-33. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. The government does not intend to pay for information received from this solicitation.
