Description

Emergency Services Sought for Elsie John Black Damp Gas Emergency Work consist of: Mobilization, demobilization, removal and replacement of obstacles, removal of basement floors and foundations walls (interior/exterior) reconstruction of basement floors and foundations walls and (interior/exterior) site restoration and repairs and replacement of incidentals. Removal/replacement of obstacles- temporary removal of obstacles including those located at any portion of the property. Removal of basement floors and foundation walls -- placement of the subsurface barrier, reconstruction of concrete floors and foundation walls, the complete reconstruction of the basement interiors including all shelving, stairways privacy walls, etc. this item includes all exterior construction to return to the house to pre-construction condition albeit with new materials. Site restoration -- this work covers all operations incidental of grasses and legumes vegetation, trees, shurbs and ground covers, replace vegetation, etc. per specifications. Repair and replacement -- all incidentals to repair and replacement of any and/or all aspects of the property including interiors and exterior, driveways, roadways, etc. This is being bid under the Emergency AML Program Solicitations will be available 7/19/2001 Solicitations are available by written requestonly No telephone or fax requests will be accepted.
