Description

Proposals are solicited for the construction of new concrete surfacing, rock walls, railings, and related items for the Multnomah Falls Plaza ADA Project. Work includes demolition of all surfacing and designated walls within the construction limits; construct 12,000 square feet of new washed concrete slab; 600 feet of new or modified concrete/stone masonry walls matching existing walls; 1,000 feet of new railings; new storm drain facilities; excavation; embankment, and electrical work. The construction will take place in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area located on the Mt. Hood National Forest. Public access will occur throughout the duration of construction. Solicitation package for this project will be available on or about August 8, 2001. Offers will be accepted until close of business on September 7, 2001. This project is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is a HUBzone Small Business Set-Aside. See Numbered Note 27.
