Description

Contractor is responsible to provide professional medical and related comprehensive Gynecological services to veteran patients at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1111 East End Boulevard, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania 18711. STAT consultants must be seen within one (1) hour; routine consultants must be seen within forty-eight (48) hours after notification. Contractor personnel providing services must be credentialed and priviledged by this agency prior to the commencement of the contract. The base period of the contract will commence on/about October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with four (4) renewal options available to the Government. RFP will be issued on August 1, 2001. Offers are due no later than 2 pm (local time), August 23, 2001.
