Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0288 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation of Stratford, CT for non-recurring engineering and technical data in the form of engineering drawins for the VH-3D Airframe Side Drawing Update for APU Installation. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the VH-3D aircraft and the only known source possessing the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to performance of this effort within the requisite timeframe.
