Description

This is a notice of intent from the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD 20670 to issue an order, on an other than full and open competition basis, to an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-98-G-1078 with Honeywell ASCa Inc under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to perform non-recurring engineering services to modify the generator control unit (GCU) used on H53/H-3/H-60 aircraft and produce three qualification test units. Honeywell ASCa Inc is the only known source who possesses the required expertise and knowledge to provide the required effort. Note: this synopsis is available at the NAVAIR web site.
