Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service, Wildlife Services (WS) intends to acquire maintenance and repair services for two Government-owned Schweizer 269C helicopters. One is located in Brownwood, Texas and the other is located in junction, Texas. Maintenance must be performed at a Schweizer Service Center located within a 200 mile radius of Brownwood and Junction. Mechanics must have successfully completed training at the Schweizer Helicopter Maintenance School. This is a total small business set-aside, firm-fixed price procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. All proposals shall have the solicitation number placed on the front of the proposal envelope. Those bidders who download the solicitation should send an e-mail to the Contract Specialist stating that they have downloaded the solicitation. This will allow offeror's to be notified of amendments issued.
