Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego intends to procure maintenance and repair services for the following government owned equipment: one (1) Alcon Eyemap Corneal Topography, Model EH-290, to include software and system upgrade, one (1) Alcon Legacy 20,000 Phacoemulsifier, to include software and system upgrade, one (1) Alcon Ultrascan Digital B4000 AB Scan, Model DIGB4K, and one (1) Alcon 2500 Nd/YAG Laser. All equipment is located at Naval Hospital, Camp Pendleton, CA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a Small Business Size Standard of $5 million. The SIC code is 7699. The period of performance will be 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002 with three one-year option periods. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.
