Provide all necessary labor, materials, parts, tools, transportation and equipment to perform five year chiller teardown inspection and upgrade of a Trane centrifugal chiller, model # CVHE045E located at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Shreveport, LA for a period of November 1, 2001 through December 3, 2001, pending availability of funds.
