Description
SOURCES SOUGHT: The US Army Medical Systems & Services Agency (USAMISSA) is looking for a solution to meet a requirement for consolidating calendars for the Army Medical Department (AMEDD). This solution requires gathering appointment information from the Microsoft Exchange 5.5/Exchange 2000 Enterprise Messaging System Outlook Calendars and consolidating the information into a single calendar view. The solution must be compliant with DOD security regulations, guidelines and IMIT policies and procedures. Following is a list of requirements that the solution would need to provide: a. Capability to consolidate appointments of multiple calendars into a single view for access by users from multiple geographically disbursed locations. b. Ability to limit access to the single calendar view to designated personnel. c. Capability to read/import events from local installations or major commands across domains. d. View capability with a range from 12 to 60 months. e. Capability to archive the data. f. Printing capability for the previous 12 months of calendar events. g. Capability to print calendar events in multiple views h. Capability to designate management of the system to multiple users for modifying/adding/deleting events at different command levels and different geographical CONUS and OCONUS locations. i. Ability for remote access to the calendar through a properly configured PC or laptop that has dial up or web access. This is not a request for proposals. This is a sources sought to determine if a viable commercial solution is available.
