Several significant changes have been made to the solicitation by means of this Amendment, so please consult both the Amendment and its attachments before preparing your proposal. Please note especially that on the copy of Amendment #2 uploaded to the FedBizOpps site, there are two different times accompanying the new due date of August 30, 2001. The 2:00 p.m. time is correct.
