Description

The Social Security Administration intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with I. Levy & Associates to perform an impact analysis to determine the level of effort required to make their proprietary applications software, video display screens, NDDSS data and records that are created in the Disability Determination Services Section 508 compliant. I. Levy & Associates is the only known source that can provide the required impact analysis. Deliverables: The contractor will give SSA an impact analysis report of all of its findings. The report shall describe the level of effort and resources required to implement the necessary changes as well as the time and cost associated with those efforts. Any responsible firm that feels it has the capability to perform the required service may write to the referenced contracting officer. Respondents should refer to LJH-01-002Levy. This is not a request for quotation or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response hereto will not be honored or acknowledged. The Government does not intend to pay for any information submitted in response to this publication. No cost or pricing data is required or requested. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. All responses must be received by this office by close of business day August 1, 2001. If no affirmative written responses are received by this date, to the effect that a comparable source exists, an order will be negotiated with I. Levy & Associates for the requirements stated above.
