Description

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Office of Managed Care through the Division of Acquisition Management, Program Support Center, intends to award a fourteen (14) month simplified acquisition. The objective of this acquisitions is to identify potential problems and opportunities that public (Medicaid and non-Medicaid) purchasers are likely to encounter in attempting to integrate primary health and behavioral health care for persons with chronic mental illnesses and substance use disorders, and to describe promising strategies that innovative public purchasers and clinical program managers have developed to improve integration and coordination of primary and behavioral health care. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available approximately ten (10) days after issuance of this notice.
