Description

DESC: This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set aside, NAICS code 32739 applies, with a size standard of 500 employees or less. Provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform supplying, delivering and installation of graveliners (sizes small, medium, oversize and extra large single graveliners with separate lids) and casket transportation from committal shelter and placement in graveliner at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis MN for the base period of October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with two (2) options to extend the term of the contract. This is a commercial item procurement under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Negotiations. Offers will be evaluated on Technical Factors of quality of product/service; past performance; management capabilities; descriptive literature provided with offer, etc and price. Technical capability will be approximately equal to price for evaluation purposes.
