Made in accordance with MIL-I-14652A. Specification will be included in solicitation. This award will have a basic quantity of 177,936 each with two 100% option quantities. Delivery is to begin 225 days after award with deliveries going to New Cumberland, PA and Phoenix, AZ (12 each). Five first articles samples are required on or before 110 days after award. Previous history -- Pecas Embroidery CO. 10/07/99 72,260 ea @ $.48. All materials are to be supplied by offeror. Contractor must have Duns number, Cage Code and be CCR Registered.
