Description

The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Det. Phila intends to acquire on a brand name or equal basis Gametime Playground equipment to be used at several locations of the Navy Housing Great Lakes, IL. The successful offeror will install the Gametime playground equipment or equal and install a 12" fibar 300 safety system and outline the playground area w/ a timber boarder. The playground equipment manufacturer will provide a 50 million dollar product liability and a Fiber 10 million dollar liability warranty. The installation of this equipment will be installed by an manufacturer authorized representative. Subject requirement will consider past performance and will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and use the simplified acquisition procedures under the test program for commerical items found at FAR 13.5. The playground systems will consist of Gametime playground equipment or equal. All playground equipment pieces shall meet the requirements for playground and surfacing standards ser forth by the ADA.
