Description

The National Transportation Safety Board intends to procure of a sole source basis under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302 the software and training "EASY5". This software is a modeling software with analytic capabilities to provide a through analysis of the interations of components of a MD-80 aircraft. The software and training shall be provided by the vendor Boeing Company Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the NTSB.
