Case is metal. Components are solid state. FORM/FIT/FUNCTION: Electronic Signals Measured- magnitude/phase, insertion loss/gain, attenuation, electrical length, group delay, deviation from linear phase, impedance, return loss. 45MHZ to 50 GHZ frequency range test equipment.
