NSN: 1620-00-613-3510; Nomenclature: Manifold, Nose Landing; Configuration Control Applies; Manufacturer: Coltech Industries, Inc., Cage 17576;Hydomach Inc., cage 1FG56, and International Precision, Inc., cage 3H683. ECOs 89C049 & 89C205 apply; Unit of Issue: Each; Delivery will be cited on each individual delivery order; Requested Delivery: 420 days ARO; FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one base year and four option years. Estimated annual quantity is 136 each for the base year and 48 each for the option years. Government First Article Testing (1 unit each) applies. Also, surge requirements will be included in the solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
