Description

Z -- The work of this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials to rehabilitate deteriorated concrete on the existing overlooks and adjacent staircases. This includes removal of all deteriorated concrete by mechanical means, replacement with a polymer-modified portland cement concrete, and finishing with a broadcase aggregate overlay. Also included are replacement of expansion joints and repairs to cracks and spalled areas of the surrounding concrete features. Project is located at Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, St. Louis, St. Louis City, Missouri. A pre-bid meeting will be held, date will be shown in contract package. This project is Set Aside for Small Business. Package will contain bid additives. Estimated price range is from $250,000 -- $500,000. SIC Code is 1771.
