Description

Work includes demolition of existing interior partition wall and removal of fixtures and concrete floor slab for two restroom buildings; installation of a new partition wall, new accessible fixtures, new stall partitions, new poured concrete floor, plumbing, and finishes for both buildings; and installation of a sidewalk and one manhole. Project is located in Gogebic County, Michigan. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
