Description

The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract to Reroof Storage Rooms/Carports, Family Housing Areas 14, 15, and 16, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with the reroofing of storage rooms and carports in Family Housing Areas, 14, 15, and 16, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to the following: (1) Architectural work includes removal of built-up roofing and framing, new sloped roof framing, sheathing, PVC single ply roofing, and miscellaneous siding and flashing installation. SIC Code is 1522, NAICS Code is 233220 and size standard is $27,500,000.00. Performance time is 210 days. Magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Solicitation will be issued as 100% HUBZone Set-Aside and Subject to the Availability Of Funds. All HUBZone certified contractors may submit a bid that will be considered. A definite response date or date for receipt of bids has not been established at this time. Bid opening date and time will be established and placed on the solicitation at time of issue (See block #10) above). Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available.
