Description

The U.S Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Rebuilding Earthen Dike at Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge, Duck River Unit, TN. Work includes but is not limited to; Clearing, grubbing, excavating, hauling and compacting fill material, installing rip-rap and compacted gravel; erosion control measures including silt fence and seeding (for approximately 11.23 miles of earthen dike). This is not a small business set-aside in accordance with the latest quarterly adjustment under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code is 23499. The size standard is $27.5 million. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The tentative IFB issue date is on or about 8/01/01, with a 30 day closing.
