Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: CS-I-01-23894 This solicitation is being submitted as a request for proposal utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. The associated Narth American Industry Classification Code is 492110. The small business size standard is 1500 employees or less average over the past 12 months.
