Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity's (DoDEA) Education Division intends to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order for services to Consulting Research and Information Services, 1654 Wainwright Drive, Reston, VA 20190-0276. The contractor shall present initial implementation of the DoDEA Community Strategic Plan (CSP), deliver baseline catalog of current effective partnerships from School Home Partnership (SHP) 2000 reports for Milestone 2 (Best Practices) and deliver Audit Tool, protocols, and research clearance application to DoDEA-HQ for CSP Milestone 3 (using input from the Partnership Advisory Council). Consulting Research and Information Services developed the School-Based Management (SBM) evaluation process to provide data to evaluate the accomplishment of SBM, and they developed the School Home Partnership Site Based Self Evaluation Process (SBSE), which DoDEA has used from 1997 to 2000, to evaluate the process of school, home, community partnership activities. This requirement will augment an existing baseline of Consulting Research and Information Services, and must be directly integrated into this baseline. No other product and/or service will meet the requirement. Contractors who believe that they can meet this requirement are invited to submit information demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) are mandatory for award and payment. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is an education activity and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. No bids are required. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NO SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. Reponses received within (10) calendar days after publication of this notice will be considered in determining whether or not to place the order on a sole source basis.
