Description

General Information to Offerors: The United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC), Fort Knox, KY has a requirement to field Army Recruiting Support within the eastern and western regions of the command. Each command region will consist of five different geographic locations. Currently, this requirement is being processed on a full and open basis, utilizing the C3 (Customer, Commerce and Contract) method of acquisition strategy in order to reduce acquisition lead-time and to take advantage of industry practices. A solicitation will not be issued. An industry day will be held August 1, 2001, at Fort Knox, KY to provide a Statement of Objectives, a briefing of the requirements, a site survey, and a question and answer session. Contractors will be expected to propose based on this industry day event and a time and date of receipt of proposals will be established. Any firm interested in participating during this industry day should e-mail paigep@tac.eustis.army.mil, no later than 26 July 01 to pre-register for the industry day brief. All other information will be distributed during industry site visit.
