Description

FISC-San Diego, Regional Contracting Department is announcing a requirement for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Part 12. The following is required: Service/Maintenance for Government owned medical equipment. The equipment requiring service/maintenance is: Blood Gas Analyzer, (1) each, Model: StatPro 5, and Blood Gas Analyzer, (1) each, Model: Ultra. The Original Equipment Manufacturer is Nova BioMedical Corporation. The service/maintenance location is the US Naval Hospital MCAGCC, Twenty-Nine Palms, CA. This requirement is for a Base Year and four, one year option periods. The Government is seeking qualified contractors that have experience in the service/maintenance of this particular equipment. This procurement is issued as unrestricted. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 "Central Contractor Registration" (CCR) is required and applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6-1-98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter ineligible for award of a contract/purchase order. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your quote. Utilize the CCR website at http://www.ccr2000.com and/or call the CCR Assistance Center at 888-227-2423 for more information. Qualified Contractors that can provide this type of service are requested to contact the Contracting Officer to obtain a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit a request by E-Mail or FAX. The solicitation period begins 7-17-01 and closes on 8-03-01. Contractors are required to provide Company Name, complete mailing address, POC, Phone/FAX number and a valid E-Mail address of the Government Sales Representative. The Government prefers to e-mail a copy of the RFQ to prospective contractors.
