Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision, except specified as Government furnished, required to provide maintenance services and inspections for the automatic wet chemical and CO2 fire suppression systems at Fort Lee, VA. This requirement will be solicited as a Request for Proposal utilizing commercial acquisition procedures and will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract. The SIC Code is 7389, $5.0, the NAICS Code is 811310, $5.0. The period of performance is a base year of 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002, with 4 option years ending 30 September 2006. Hard copies of subject solicitation will not be mailed. The tenative issue date for the RFP is 15 August 01 with a date of receipt of proposals approximately 17 September 01. Proposals will be considered from all responsible sources.
