- Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to plug and abandon wells at the White River Oil Shale site. Work is located 45 miles southwest of Vernal, Utah at the end of Utah State Route 45. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract will be awarded.
