Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F38601-01-T1005. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. This solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside and falls under NAICS 42161. Line item number 0001 requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and perform all work necessary to deliver the following material: Steel Casing Enclosed Sectionalizer(Green) 3 Phase 200 Amp, 15 kV with 4 Point Junctions. The unit of issue is EA and the quantity is 5. Line item number 0002 requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and perform all work necessary to deliver the following material: Jack Stands for 4/0 Cable reels of 2000?to include spindles 3 1/2" diameter x 100" with a capacity fo 7,500 lbs 100" between grooves. The unit of issue is SE and the quantity is 3. Far Provisions 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 are applicable to the solicitation. The following notes are applicable to the solicitation: 1. Quotes are due to the 20th Contracting Squadron at Shaw AFB no later than close of business 072301. 2.
