Description

The 28th Contracting Squadron is soliciting a contract for removing and reinstalling kitchen equipment and removal and installation of floor tile. The resulting contract from this solicitation will be a single award firm fixed-price contract. The project will consist of removing and installing approximately 3,000 square feet of kitchen quarry tile flooring as well as disconnecting, moving, and reconnecting kitchen equipment. This project is tentatively scheduled for a start date of 20 August 01 and completion no later than 31 August 01. The project is located at the Bandit Inn Dining Facility, building 2106, Ellsworth AFB, S.D. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Solicitation documents will not be available via other means other than the EPS system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 23552. The size standard is $11.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. An offer guarantee is required in the amount of 20% of bid price. A pre-proposal conference and site visit is tentatively scheduled for 27 July 01 at 9:00 A.M. local time.
