Description

F09609-01-R-0006-FGWB 97-0001, Repair Runway Joint Sealant and Spall Repair, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, (Marietta) Georgia. Provide all plant, labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to perform all operations in accordance with the applicable plans and specifications. The basic project (CLIN 0001) consists of : removal of existing concrete joint sealant, installation of backer rod, joint sealant and spall repair. Bid Option One, (CLIN 0002): Reface approximately 8,500 linear feet of joint facing. The period of performance for the basic contract (CLIN 0001) is 90 calendar days to include material approval, acquisition, transportation and installation. Bid Option One (CLIN 0002) may be awarded subject to the availability of funds and if awarded will include an additional 21 calendar day performance period. The contract will be firm fixed price. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS Code is 234110 with a size standard of $17.0M. Solicitation F09609-01-R-0006 will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP)-Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). This solicitation will be issued as Total HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause, 52.219-3, Notice of Total HUBZone Set-Aside. There will be no pre-announcement of when the solicitation will be available on the internet. Solicitation will be available on the GSA Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov on or about 30 July 2001 with proposals due on or about 29 August 2001. Paper copies will not be provided. When the solicitation is downloaded off the EPS system, it should be read completely as there are milestones that must be met to be considered responsive. Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on the EPS without notice. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense (DoD) contract.
