Description

Project includes storm water swale and culvert improvements and installation, parking lot regrading and paving, and the installation of a lighting system for parking lots A&B located on the hillside to the west of Michie Stadium off of Stoney Lonesome Road, West Point, New York. Work consists of open channel and culvert stormwater conveyance and associated headwalls along the perimeter of the lots, regrading of the lots to provide efficient stormwater drainage, maximize available parking, install subsurface conduit for lighting system, rock excavation and replacement of wood stairway and railings along pedestrian access to stadium. This procurement is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program on an unrestricted basis. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. NAICS is 23491 with a small business size standard of $27.5M. Solicitation will be available on or about 27 July 2001 through the USMA website and ASFI.
