Description

The contractor shall replace an existing 10-inch vitrified clay sanitary sewer with a 10-inch polyethylene liner, installed with a pipe bursting machine. The existing sewer is a deep section of line (approx. 22 feet deep) that runs below the sub-basement and discharges into a manhole at the southeast corner of the building. The portion of the line from the manhole, upstream to a cleanout in the sub-basement (about 200 feet) has been TV inspected. This line collects discharges from within at least two other Buildings.
