Description
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, and incidental supplies necessary for the Phase III Rehabilitation of the Rickenbaugh House on the Tell City Ranger District of the Hoosier National Forest, Perry County, Indiana. This building is a historic structure and is located in the Celina-Indian Lake Recreation Area. Work will include, but is not limited to: 1) Tuckpointing the Exterior Stone work; 2) Reconstruction of the Front Porch; 3) Rehabilitating the Exterior Trim; and 4) Repairing the Hardwood Kitchen Floors. A pre-quote showing/site visit will be held on August 14, 2001 at 10:00 a.m., local time starting at the site which is located adjacent to the Celina Lake public access. This project will be solicited using the Request for Quotation format and will be solicited on an unrestricted (no set-aside) basis. The experience of the contractor in rehabilitation of historic structures may be a factor in the award decision. The estimated project value is between $25,000 and $100,000.
