Description

The work to be performed consists of construction of a 44, 000 square foot, steel frame, Squadron Operation/ Aircraft Maintenance Unit #4 at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The new facility includes briefing rooms, classrooms, administrative offices, common areas, maintenance areas, storage areas, a locker room, kitchenettes, an emergency generator, and operation areas. The work includes, but is not limited to, concrete work, masonry, structural and miscellaneous metalwork, carpentry, a standing seam metal roof, interior finishes, painting, plumbing work, HVAC work, electrical work, utility relocation, paving and site work. This job does include CPM Planning and the Affirmative Action Plan for Wichita, Kansas US Department of Commerce Economic Area. The anticipated date for issuance is 27 July 2001. This agency will consider all proposals submitted by responsible sources. Estimated cost of proposed procurement is between $5,000,000,00 and $10,000,000.00. NAICS Code: 233320 Size Standard: $27M.
