Description

The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Black Mesa Ranger Districts, Coconino County, Arizona requires removal of an existing culvert and constructing a low water x-ing in it's place. Placing crushed aggregate surfacing on approach roads. Open Draw Crossing is accessible from Payson by traveling east via AZ 260 approximately 26 miles to the AZ 260/FR 300 jct. Turn north onto FR 300 and travel approximately 9 miles to the FR 34/300 jct. Continue on FR 300 approx. 6 miles to the FR 300/FR 115 jct. Turn north travel approx. 1.5 miles to the FR 115/FR 91 jct. Travel approx. 3.5 miles east on FR 91 TO FR 91/FR 40 jct. Turn north on FR 40 and travel approx. 0.25 miles to Open Draw Crossing. Plans and specifications will be available on or about Friday, July 27, 2001. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $99,999.
