U. S. GOVERNMENT ADVERTISEMENT FOR SPACE IN MACON, GEORGIA The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approx. 16,550 rentable sq.ft. of space to yield 15,045 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of space. Occupancy date will be June 1, 2002. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: North by the Intersection of Forest Hill Road & Northside Drive to Riverside Drive; South to Coliseum Drive to 87/80/129 to Fifth Avenue; East to Riverside Drive to East on Spring Street/Gray Highway exit to North on Baconsfield Drive to South on Nottingham Drive to West on Gray Highway to South on Coliseum Drive; West on Pine Street to Cotton Avenue to Forsyth Street/Vineville Avenue to Forest Hill Road. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Space offered must in the same building and contiguous and must have potential for efficient layout, e.g., space should not exceed a length to width ratio of 2:1 nor be ?U? or ?L? shaped. No atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate parking for clientele on site in accordance with local code. Employee parking on-site or within 200 feet is required for 50 employees.
