- See numbered Note 1. The Foreign Service Institute, Department of State, has a requirement for an individual to teach numerous sessions of its EEO/Diversity training class. We anticipate multiple awards. A trainer's manual has been developed for the course with specific guidelines for each session as well as case studies. Minor modifications may be made to accommodate individual trainer style but the basic content of the manual is expected to be followed.
