Description

The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 is soliciting proposals to provide Pharmacy Services. These services will be provided for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System Livermore Division, 4950 Arroyo Road, Livermore, CA 94550, a facility within VISN 21. Mail proposals to Lupe Arroyo, Contracting Officer, VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Avenue 90/CCA, Bldg. 6, Room C-136, Palo Alto, CA 94304. No telephonic request will be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to fax number 650-849-0332, no later than August 14, 2001 with NO EXCEPTIONS.
