Description

The Government intends to solicit Raytheon Systems Co. in Marlboro, MA to procure additional spares for the Secure, Mobile, Anti-Jam, Reliable, Tactical Terminal (SMART-T)d. Delivery to be accomplished within 18 months. Raytheon is the developer/manufacturer of the SMART-T and award will be placed as a modification to the SMART-T Contract No. DAAB07-96-C-A757. The Government does not possess the technical data or a form fit and function (F3) drawing package on the terminal and is therefore unable to provide such data to any prosective offerer. This action will be purshed on a sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source". See Note 22.
