Description

The DVAMC, Birmingham requires full service maintenance and repair services for Sarns Heart/Lung Machine for the period 10-1-01 through 9-30-02 with four one year renewal options. Requirements are to provide full service maintenance and repair services to include all labor, supervision and parts necessary to maintain the listed equipment in operational condition according to the manufacturer's specification. Semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections to be performed at six month intervals. Required response to service calls within two (2) hours of notification and must be on station within eight (8) hours. Each service call shall be completed and the equipment functional within thirty-six (36) hours after initial notification. Competent personnel who are experienced and qualified to work on the specific equipment must perform all work. Estimated Solicitation issue date is O/A August 16, 2001.
