This is Amendment #0004 to MT-594-01 for Coil Steel, delivery to UNICOR, FCI Lewisburg, PA. Line Item 0015, UNICOR Part Number COS0165, 5,000 lbs.; Line Item 0016, UNICOR Part Number COS0166, 12,500 lbs.; Line Item 0017, UNICOR Part Number COS0190, 50,000 lbs.; Line Item 0019, COS0205, 2,500 lbs.,; Line Item 0025, UNICOR Part Number COS-0234, 12,500 lbs., and Line Item 0026, UNICOR Part Number COS-0235, 2,500 lbs. All other contract terms and conditions remain unchanged.
