Description

This notice is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotation, and therefore, a formal written quotation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The Television-Audio support Activity intends to enter into a sole source contract with LeCroy Corporation, Chestnut Ridge, NY to procure the following: 16 each p/n: LA314H Analog Oscilloscope; 4-channel; 470MHZ; includes 2 ea 10:1 500MHZ Passive Probes (p/n: PP005) & Accessory Pouch; PWR RQMTS: 90-250VAC, 50-440HZ (Auto-Sensing) and 26 each p/n: LA303 Analog Oscilloscope; 3-channel; 200MHZ; includes 2 each 10:1, 350MHZ Passive Probes (p/n: PP002); PWR RQMTS: 115VAC, 60HZ. Standard commercial warranty required. The equipment shall be delivered FOB destination to the Defense Information School, Ft. George Meade, Maryland not later than 60 days after receipt of order. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice should be provided in writing by 23 Jul 01, 1300 PST. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition.
