THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 12, COMMERCIAL PROCEDURES. ESTIMATED SOLICIATION OPENING DATE IS 13 JUL 2001. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TO FEDBIZOPS WEBSITE. CBD NOTE #1, WR-ALC LOCAL NOTE B APPLIES: OMBUDSMAN -- All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
