BASE QUANTITY IS 5000 EACH, 1ST ALTERNATE 6250 EACH, 2ND ALTERNATE 7500 EACH, 3RD IALTERNATE 10000 EACH. DELIVERY IS TO DEFENSE DEPOTS TRACY CA AND NEW CUMBERLAND PA. THIS ACQUISITION IS UNRESTRICTED. THIS ITEM INCLUDES A FIRST ARTICLE TEST REQUIREMENT. DELIVERY IS REQUIRED 265 DAYS AFTER DATE OF CONTRACT AND INCLUDES 165 DAYS FOR FIRST ARTICLE TESTING.
